Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product seal is broken before delivery.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food and wellness products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
